X-MAS KNIT / CRYSTAL JOURNEY
The Inoue Brothers have been asked to produce and co-design a part of Rei Kawakubo's up-coming X-mas knit-collection. All 100% natural alpaca garments made by the indigenous people of the Bolivian Andes. Will be available in CDG-stores in Paris, New York, Tokyo and London.

The 28th of March 2008 Studio Hz and his creative team was awarded The Creative Circle Award 2008 in the category Corporate Identity Design. The award was given for the IKON Ehxibition in NYC September 2007. The Inoue Brothers assisted art direction and design for the IKON exhibition as a part of the creative team established by Hz. A unique approach in exhibiting the story of Danish design icons through creative direction and curation by Jonas Hartz. THE INOUE BROTHERS+STYLE PRESENTS:
JEAN MICHEL BASQUIAT THROUGH NICHOLAS TAYLOR
Wonderful Copenhagen / Architecture and Design Days 2007, invited The Inoue Brothers to contribute to their annual creative festival.
For this occasion The Inoue Brothers teamed up with Style Japan, to introduce: Jean Michel Basquiat Through Nicholas Taylor.
The exhibition consists of very rare photographs of the artist Basquiat taken by Taylor and also incorporates some pictures shot by Basquiat himself. They were taken during the time they formed the experimental art band GRAY together with Michael Holman, Wayne Clifford, and Vincent Gallo.
The photo series itself captures the energy and spirit of the late 70s early 80s New York art scene with shots from the legendary Mudd Club. Each picture is explained in Taylors own words and tells the story of a deep and unique friendship.
The exhibition has been made possible through the support of:

The Inoue Brothers has just returned from a wonderful adventure in Havana, Cuba and Tobago. A photography diary will be included in our up-coming Spring / Summer 2007 look book. We are currently involved involved in productions for the 2006 MTV European Music Awards in Copenhagen.

YO!
For some of us YO! MTV Raps was the first real media gateway to the hip hop culture. Our first encounter with hip hip music-videoes was delivered by Flava Flav and Dr. Dre. Hence we where very happy when MTV Denmark approached us with the job of designing the studio for the re-launch of YO! MTV Raps in Denmark. We collaborated once more with KILO design who also have become our dear friends. Images of the set-design will be up-loaded on our site end October.

HUMANIMAL S/S 2006
HUMANIMAL a collaboration of The Inoue Brothers + CAN. The Humanimal spring/summer collection 2006 will hit the streets and will be available in Wood Wood/CPH, Can/CPH, Environment/LDN and Dupe/TYO during May. This years autumn/winter collection will be launched in the beginning of September.

The MTV programme LUSH wins the 10th Annual Promax/BDA European Gold Award for Best Programme Branding. The TV-studio is designed by The Inoue Brothers and KILO design.

MARCH 2006:
ADICOLOR x WOOD WOOD
The Inoue Brothers are invited by Wood Wood to exhibit at the launch event of the Adicolor x Wood Wood shoe. Recently we have also designed the invitation for the opening of a exhibition by Barry McGee. Much respect to this great artist.

We would like to celebrate the opening of our Humanimal exhibition in collaboration with Jonas Hz.
